At Posh Society, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't fit as we thought, and that's why we have made our online return process as customer-friendly as possible.Our policy allows you to return your item within 30 days of purchase. We believe this gives you ample time to try on your new clothes and decide if they are the perfect for you.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. We kindly ask that you refrain from returning items that have been worn, as we will be scanning all items to ensure they are in their original condition.While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. The following items are non-returnable amd non refundable: Footwear, Accessories, Sale Items and Gift Cards.

Once return is authorized, you will be given a return authorization number to be referenced and then shipped. We will process your refund the within the next two business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Unfortunately Sale Items cannot be returned.
