Online Return Policy

  • Posh Society Online Return Policy:

We understand things don't always look the way you thought they would look on you or simply changed your mind, we have a 30 Day Return Policy for online purchases.  Item must be received by Posh Society within the 30 day period from the date ordered. If 30 days has elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.  Customer is responsible for return shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
To make a return, your item must be unused, unworn with the original tags attached with no signs of use ie; perfume smell, cigarette smell, signs of sweat, stains, etc.  
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Additional non-refundable items:
Gift Cards
Under Garments
Bathing Suits
Sale Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and are processing. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  It typically shows on your statement within two - three days. It may take longer if you used Afterpay or Affirm Pay Later Programs at checkout.
Please do not return worn items, they will be returned to you.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and fulfillment.  Please complete "Contact Us" form to request return.
We do not have an Exchange Program at this time, In the event you do want to exchange an
item you would contact us via the contact us form with your order number,  and your intention. You will need to return the unwanted item and re order the new size or item.  If you want to be refunded before new purchase, make sure to let us know you want to exchange so that we can pull it from inventory.
