In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. We kindly ask that you refrain from returning items that have been worn, as we will be scanning all items to ensure they are in their original condition.While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. The following items are non-returnable amd non refundable: Footwear, Accessories, Sale Items and Gift Cards.
Once return is authorized, you will be given a return authorization number to be referenced and then shipped we will process your refund the same day or next as received. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
